Please do not fax or email the Membership Application to PECU. PECU does not process electronically submitted applications for security reasons. Once the application is received and processed, signature card(s) will be mailed to the address listed on the application to complete the account opening process. The account cannot be opened until the signature card(s) is completed and returned to PECU.
