Public Employees Credit Union's (PECU) audio response system is known as PhoneStep, which is offered to members at no charge. Through PhoneStep, a member can have secure 24-hour access to their account(s) offering various financial services with a touch-tone telephone. You will be able to perform the following

  • Obtain confidential, current (real time) balances, account information and history transactions
  • Transfer funds to and from savings and checking (even transfer funds between your different account numbers)
  • Make loan payments
  • Make withdrawals by check
  • Re-order checks
  • Stop a draft payment
  • Select "English" or "Spanish" as a language preference on Phone Step.
  • Make many other account inquiries including check number clearing, check copies, year-to-date dividend/interest amounts, and loan payoffs
