Public Employees Credit Union's (PECU) audio response system is known as PhoneStep, which is offered to members at no charge. Through PhoneStep, a member can have secure 24-hour access to their account(s) offering various financial services with a touch-tone telephone. You will be able to perform the following
Obtain confidential, current (real time) balances, account information and history transactions - Transfer funds to and from savings and checking (even transfer funds between your different account numbers)
- Make loan payments
- Make withdrawals by check
- Re-order checks
- Stop a draft payment
- Select "English" or "Spanish" as a language preference on Phone Step.
- Make many other account inquiries including check number clearing, check copies, year-to-date dividend/interest amounts, and loan payoffs
