PECU e-Branch is the online banking system that gives members secure 24-hour access to your account offering various financial services over the Internet.

Pay your bills whenever you choose with our online system. Enroll today through e-Branch. 

  • Make payments online  
  • Pay bills or individuals 
  • Schedule recurring payments 

Instructions to enroll in e-Bill Pay:

  1. Login to e-Branch with your PECU Login ID
  2. Click e-Services
  3. Click e-Bill Payment
  4. Select at least one account from the dropdown you would like to enroll in e-Bill Pay
  5. Click “Enroll in Bill Pay”

e-Statements 

Go paperless with PECU’s secure e-Statements. 

It’s free to switch to e-Statements and to receive them. With e-Statements, have access to your past 18 monthly statements online and you can view the same information online. 

Instructions to enroll in e-Statements: 

  1. Login to e-Branch with your PECU Login ID 
  2. Click e-Services 
  3. Click e-Statements 
  4. Press “Get Code” to verify you are able to view PDF’s 
  5. A new popup will appear in your browser with a code 
  6. Copy and paste the Code into the box on the initial page 
  7. Click “Verify” 
  8. If successful, click e-Statements again to refresh the page 
  9. Read the Electronic Statement Consent form 
  10. Enter your email address and click “I Agree” 
  11. Within 1-4 weeks you will no longer receive paper statements. 

In Case of Errors or Inquiries: 

Please visit our Statement Reconciliation Page. You have 60 days to report any errors or problems on your statement by email, or by downloading and mailing in the Reconciliation Form found on the page.

How to Sign Up for e-Alerts 

  1. Login to e-Branch with your PECU Login ID 
  2. Click e-Services 
  3. Click e-Alerts 
  4. Select which e-Alert you would like to add from the dropdown 
  5. Customize the alert you select with your contact information and criteria desired 
  6. Click Continue
