If you would like to receive your statements by electronic means, you must carefully review the following terms and affirmatively indicate your consent by clicking the “Accept” button during the application process. If you wish to continue receiving your statements by mail, indicate by unchecking the box, or contacting us directly.
- Your consent to receive electronic statements only applies to statements for this account. All other statements and notices we provide to you in connection with our services will be on paper unless you and we agree otherwise.
- After you consent, you may request a paper copy of any statement or notice that you have agreed to receive electronically by writing or telephoning us at Public Employees Credit Union, P.O. Box 2205, Austin, Texas 78768-2205, 800-772-1955. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic statements any time by contacting us using one of the above methods. Your withdrawal will become effective after we have received it and have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
- If your e-mail address or any other contact information on file with us changes, you must notify us using any of the above methods or by updating the information in the E-Statement site.
- To access the statements you have agreed to receive electronically, you will need a computer or smartphone with a working Internet connection and the following:
- Internet Explorer 11.x, Google Chrome 76, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox 68 and later (Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.10)
- Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or later.
- Mobile: Android 5.x and later or iOS 11.x and later.
