HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PECU ACCOUNT ONLINE

In this edition, we outline how to access your PECU account online. PECU uses the latest encryption technology to make your online access secure. Online access to PECU saves you time and money, plus it gives you access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year (366 when it’s a leap year).
It’s easy to get online access to your PECU account. Start by going to the homepage of our website at www.pecutx.org. On the top right of PECU’s homepage, click the word “REGISTER.” It is just to the left of the orange “LOGIN” box.
Once you click “REGISTER,” it takes you to the PECU Auto-Enrollment Form. Please fill this form out completely so that we can correctly identify and match you for your online access. The form includes things like name, address, date of birth, and PECU account number. Also on this form, you can choose your “Desired Login ID” for your new PECU online account. Once you have completed the form, click the blue “Continue” button located in the bottom right corner of the PECU Auto-Enrollment Form. You will then see the “Successfully Submitted” screen.
PECU then reviews your submitted Auto-Enrollment Form to ensure everything is in order. Based on the number of these forms received, it typically takes us 1-2 business days to get back to you. Watch for an e-mail from us with the subject line “Welcome to PECU e-Branch.” We call online access “e-Branch” because you can do most of the same things online as you would do at a PECU branch. This e-mail has a clickable link, plus instructions about how to complete your first login. Once you’re online, you can check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, find ATMs, make loan payments & more. You can also download the PECU mobile app to take PECU with you everywhere!
