PECU’s audio response system is called “PhoneStep.” It helps you access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your touch-tone phone. This guide contains helpful information to help you maximize your PECU PhoneStep experience.
Before You Begin:
If you know the menu selection you wish to enter, you may interrupt PhoneStep at anytime.
- Enter dates as 6-digit numbers.
Example: April 19, 2013 would be 0 4 1 9 1 3
- Enter dollar amounts without decimals.
Example: $25.00 would be 2 5 0 0*If PhoneStep is not in service, the Financial Services Department can be reached during normal business hours at 512-474-1955 or 800-772-1955 option 5.
Call 512-479-6482 or 800-346-6482 then press 1 to login.
PhoneStep will ask you to enter your account number followed by #.
PhoneStep will ask you to enter your security code (this can be 4-16 digits). First time callers will be prompted to enter the last four of your Social Security number followed by #. The system will then prompt you to select a new security code (4-15 digits).
